About WCLCA

Wisconsin was the birthplace of the Midwest College Learning Center Association (MCLCA) in 1985. MCLCA then went on to become ICLCA in 1997. We have been the Wisconsin Learning Assistance Network (WLAN) for the past 10 years. Now we have come full circle in 2016 as an ICLCA Affiliate!

Today, WCLCA continues this legacy by serving as a hub for practitioners, directors, and administrators across the UW System, private colleges, and technical colleges, fostering environments where student success is the top priority.
