ICLCA 2024 VendoR & Exhibitor Information

Greetings!

We are excited to be planning the 39^th Annual ICLCA Conference! We are officially inviting you to be a part of it. By participating in our conference, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with professionals from all types of institutions of higher education.

Our Annual Conference will take place at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah from September 23-26, 2024.

All of our vendor partners will be in a central location at our conference. Each vendor partner will be along the concourse surrounding our breakout rooms. We are very intentional with where our vendor partners are located. It is critical that we ensure all our vendor partners are visible to all attendees in order to maximize exposure. We acknowledge what an important role our vendor partners play in our annual conference.

The International College Learning Center Association (ICLCA) is proud to represent professionals who are focused on the needs of today’s students. With our unique location, we were able to create a space where our vendors will get optimal exposure to our members. Below, I have detailed a number of exciting opportunities for our vendor partners. All options include a complimentary listing in our electronic conference planning (Whova). Each of you are a vital element of the ICLCA experience. I can assure you that we are working diligently in order to make sure we provide our vendor partners a unique and interactive experience. I look forward to working with each of you and seeing you in Salt Lake City!

Vendor & Exhibitor Registration

ALL vendor sales and registrations will be completed through the ICLCA Vendor Info page on our website. Please register using the Vendor Registration from below:

Please note:

The member conference registration portal is not for vendor registrations. You must use the Exhibitor portal for all vendor transactions.

If you have mistakenly registered as a member instead of a vendor, please let me know so I can cancel that registration and help you start over on the exhibitor side.

Vendor & Exhibitor Concurrent Session Proposals

Please note:

In order to be guaranteed a concurrent session, you will need to spend $2000 as a sponsor, which will make you a conference level sponsor.

Table Attendance:

All vendors with Exhibitor Tables are expected to be in attendance and set up by Monday, September 23rd, 2024 at 4PM. Vendor partners can check-in to the conference between 7am-4pm on Monday, September 23rd and check-in will reopen at 7am, Tuesday, September 24th.

Payment:

You will have the opportunity to pay as part of the registration process.
