Wisconsin was the birthplace of the Midwest College Learning Center Association (MCLCA) in 1985. MCLCA then went on to become ICLCA in 1997. We have been the Wisconsin Learning Assistance Network (WLAN) for the past 10 years. Now we have come full circle in 2016 as an ICLCA Affiliate!
